Palex Group strengthens presence in Switzerland with the acquisition of Anandic Medical Systems AG

Palex Group is pleased to announce a new strategic milestone in its growth journey with the signing of an agreement to acquire Anandic, a leading Swiss provider of advanced medical technology solutions. 

Anandic specializes in critical care, patient monitoring, ventilation, and life-support systems, and is widely recognized for its deep expertise and strong position within the Swiss hospital sector. 

This acquisition marks a significant step forward in Palex Group’s international expansion strategy, reinforcing our presence in Switzerland and expanding our offering within the Hospital Area. Building upon the strong foundations established through Duomed Swiss and REY Médical in the Endoscopy and Surgical Area, the addition of Anandic further broadens and completes our portfolio of solutions for healthcare professionals.
